“What better way to start the day than with one of the Aitchisons’ gold-standard Scottish breakfasts, including porridge and eggs from their own hens? Mena and Robyn, a talented self-taught chef, have been honing their skills at this charming country house hotel for the past 21 years. The house, in the Georgian cottage-ornée style, has an elegant red-walled dining room, four traditional bedrooms and mature well-tended grounds.” Fiona Duncan – The Sunday Telegraph.
