Robyn is passionate about his food but also his garden. Over the past 25 years he has cultivated and nurtured the grounds around The Dower House into a beautiful garden and space to get lost and relax in. There is a pond filled with fish, which is a lovely place to sit and relax with drinks on a midsummer evening. The wild meadow contains, at last count, four types of wild orchids. In spring the garden is ablaze in snowdrops then over twenty varieties of daffodils flower amidst the cherry blossom.
There is woodland with paths meandering through Lily of the Valley, wild garlic and native bluebells. In early summer the azaleas and rhododendrons are wonderful.
