As well
as a full Scottish breakfast including fresh home-laid eggs from the
Aichison's own hens, guests can enjoy dinner each evening.
Robyn is a skilled self-taught chef, who will tantalise your taste buds
with 3 courses of amazing gourmet food, created using fresh local
produce from the 'Scottish larder'. His many accolades for cooking
included 2 AA rosettes.
Local
seafood, game and meat are used in the cuisine, with fresh herbs and
vegetables from the hotel's own kitchen garden.
To accompany the food is an extensive list of wines from around the
world, personally selected by Robyn and Mena.
Naturally, as this is the heart of the Highlands, there is a wide
selection of malt whiskies awaiting you in the self-service 'malt
cupboard'.
